Best Death Knight conclusions of the ethnic tribes

PvP options: Orc / Undead
PvE choice: Troll / Tauren (tank)
Around the options: Orc
My Preference: Troll
Maybe I am a bit biased, because I play a troll, but on the basis of talent changes ... well, trolls are looking pretty damn amazing. If we just compare Troll / Orc there is not much mention of other races. Tauren really is a war of all trample endurance after the change is quite negligible.

If we are all we really need to consider is to abandon the search for immortality, this is still a great PvP, but the other racials just do not cut me. Blood Elves have a similar boat. Overall, I think Orc is the best total package. All 4 racials work to directly increase damage / survivability, where with the other racials Mixed / indirrect / non-combatant best.

I personally would choose a Troll, because I told them apart from the recent improvements in racial and multi-faceted applications PvP and PVE race natural affinity.
